The introductory conversation is free. Please provide notice if you cannot attend so the time can be released or rearranged.
Reserved engineering work
Paid work begins only under a written project agreement. Its milestones, notice periods, payment schedule and cancellation provisions control the engagement.
Scope changes
Changes to users, platforms, features, integrations or timing may require a revised scope. Completed work remains payable under the project agreement.
Refund assessment
Any refund is evaluated against the signed agreement, work delivered, capacity reserved and commitments that cannot reasonably be recovered.
External costs
Hosting, licences, devices, data services or supplier charges may be non-refundable where the relevant provider does not return them.
